I am having trouble inserting a PDF file into Word. I read the posts explaining how to change the settings on Acrobat Reader X so I downloaded this file then changed the preferences as the instructions described. I can insert the file but it is linked to Adobe Acrobat. I need to share the Word document with others who may not have Adobe. Is there a way to just insert the multiple pages of the file inself?

Editing the inserted document is NOT a requirement. I can export the document from Acrobat Pro as a graphic but it creates a graphic for each page. This means I have to individually insert 350 graphics in the Word document.

There has got to be a better way. I am under a tight deadline to complete the Word document so any help you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated.TIA.

Anything you embed in a Word document that requires an outside program to view relies on the necessary software being installed. Dunno if you still care 2 years later but the linked ehow guide totally tells you how to create a link to a file in a Word doc, you double click the link icon to open the file, any type of file. The file you link to can itself be a shortcut if you want, but it behaves as if you linked to the shortcut target.
